- Booking & Scheduling
- All counseling and therapy sessions must be booked in advance through our official website or phone line.
- Clients must ensure that they provide accurate details when booking, including preferred time slots and contact information.
- For group therapy and workshops, prior registration is mandatory. The center reserves the right to refuse entry if the participant has not completed the registration.
- Pricing & Payment

- Payment for services should be made in full at the time of booking via authorized payment methods.

- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- For group courses or workshops, cancellations or no-shows after booking are not refundable.
- Confidentiality & Privacy
- All counseling and therapy services are conducted in a confidential and secure environment. Your personal information and any data shared during therapy sessions will remain private and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

- Refunds and Returns

- No refunds will be given for sessions already attended or completed.
